WE HAVE A 24 HOURS CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT.
IF AN APPOINTMENT IS MISSED, CANCELLED OR REQUIRES TO BE RESCHEDULED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL COST OF TREATMENT.
EXEPTIONS CANNOT BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
